Ever concidered using your cels as IOU's rather 
than selling them outright? You might find some 
people out here willing to buy on the express 
condition that they resell to you at a later date 
at the same price. I'm sure alot of people would 
rather help you do that than see you lose your 
favorite cels. Maybe you could throw in some 
Pocky as an interest fee. I'm still wanting to 
try that coconut flavor :)
