I live in europe.. and recently recieved one of 
these IPMO's (they really do take 6 weeks to get 
to me..) but when I took it to my PO, they just 
stared at me saying "what an old and slow way of 
doing things... ridiculous!" I've had them cashed 
before (ie, last year).. but they refused to cash 
this one, faxed it to he head office to be 
converted into a proper one, and I have to go 
back to the PO today to actually cash the damned 
thing.

Needless to say, I hate IPMO's ;P I really wish 
PayPal would finally start accepting 
International Mastercard... It's so bloody 
annoying that they don't ^^;
