Go to the post office and ask for a pink 
international (postal) money order to Japan.  The 
money order will cost $3.25.

Next, you need to find some way to send the money 
order to Japan.  It is recommended to send the 
money order in the *small* Global Priority Mail 
envelope (which grey, white, & red).  This will 
cost $5.00.

That should be about it.  Oh, you need to write 
very legibly on the money order and the GPM 
envelope.  Make sure there is no white-out, cross-
outs, scribbles, etc. . . on the money order 
itself.
