They get lots of mail and are not there always 
24/7 and stuff. So it takes a week. Plus they 
haven't updated in a while of new stuff, so I'm 
sure that a flood of mail will take time to get 
through.
My first experience with Mangaya was just perfect 
and I was very pleased. The second time they sent 
me the wrong cel that was sold to someone else. 
It took about 2 more weeks after to fix it since 
they had to send me my cel and the money I used 
to ship the cel to the owner of the miss-sent cel 
to Austrailia.

There are alittle rough ends. but I like the 
deals and willing to wait alittle.

If anyone gets word back from Mangaya, please let 
us know.
*sits and waits for her e-mail to say "sorry the 
cel was sold"*
