1.  It is recognized that you agree to this 
agreement when you place a cel order.  
2.  We can't accept any cancel by any reason. It 
also is recognized as cancelation that ordered 
some cels and canceled all cels by reason that 
one or some are not available in this time. 
Please ask availability before you place an 
order.  
3.  We don't take any order from customer who 
canceled an order.  
4.  When 4 or the fewer people wanted a same cel, 
a buyer is choosen by lottery.  
5.  "One Time Auction" starts when 5 or more 
people wanted a same cel. Bidding is only one 
time and a highest bidder is a winner.  
6.  Time limit of first order is 3 business days 
from the last updated day. One Time Auction 
deadline is 2 business days from we sent a note 
auction started. After this term, all order are 
dealt with as first come first serve.  
7.  Sometimes we misunderstand an animation title 
and description in cel page. Please identify a 
cel by yourself. Please use this FORM for cel 
order.  
8.  MANGAYA has the right to change all this 
rules by any reason any time.
