It's a multi-layer background with two distinct 
cels overlaying it. That is pretty rare for 
Disney to release. Plus, it looks really cool. 
I'm a major tightwad, but even I would like to 
have something like that in my collection if I 
had enough dough lying around my pad. Let the 
millionaires have their junk and leave the sane 
collecting to us.
