Yes.  I am an artist and I once sold some artwork 
to a guy in Japan.  He bought a money order using 
his Yen, but it came to me in U.S. dollars, and I 
think that is what this company was requesting, 
only the reverse.  I pay in US dollars, but the 
paper money order they get is for 6200 yen, not 
the equivalent of it in US dollars.
  Okay, so can these pink IPMOs be bought at the 
post office, or do you get them thru your bank?
