If you send a regular Pink IPMO you should be 
fine..I pay for all of my cels from japan this 
way and Ive never had a problem..in fact all the 
dealers Ive dealt with actually prefer it because 
it causes them less hassle. It costs about 3.00 
here in Cow Hampshire but I think the PO charges 
the same rate all over the states.
