Hmm.. I used to own a cel from that same 
sequence, and it had the exact same "problem" in 
some areas. Since the whole sequence seems to be 
that way, the blur may have come from the xerox 
machine used to print the lines on the cels being 
rather goofy at the time of production.. It's 
still a nice cel though! No cel is perfect.. the 
little flaws are part of the package, especially 
with older cels like Lodoss. Hopefully, the 
person you're buying this for will love it no 
matter what. ^_^
