Okay...this is the cel I was talking about from 
Taro.  I thought I'd start a new thread so it 
doesn't get lost ^^.  I'm not sure how to fix this 
or even if it can be fixed :(

I spent a lot of money on this cel...but I thought 
it was worth it 'cuz (as you can guess by the 
crop...it *is* deedlit)...But because of this 
smearing of the line...it doesn't look great and 
I was getting this as a gift :(  Now I not only 
don't have money to buy another deedlit...I'm 
stuck with this not so great cel and no gift.
