There is a difference between "plastc" and "celluloid" or the acetate that cels are painted on. Items like shitajiki can be printed from hanken cels onto trasparent plastic, but that doesn't make them cels. Wouldn't that just be like a poster made of plastic? (Fri Apr 27 22:14:58 2001
