By the art of the image, it doesn't look like the 
original would be considered a "cel."  The 
shading in this cannot be created using the same 
media that cels are made with.  The original was 
probably painted with watercolors or created on 
the computer (or something else), but I doubt 
that the original piece was painted on celluloid 
and would be considered a "cel."  I think the 
term "cel" is a bit misleading (though it looks 
like eric is selling it on ebay using that term 
anyway).

Anyone have more info on this item?
