This is a cel I made, like, Holy God, back in 
1997 I beleive.  It was for an animation project 
in college, so, it's not of the best quality, 
drawing OR painting OR line quality.  I only had 
one night to do it in, so it's very rough.  But, 
you can see that the paint gives you a good 
quality, and, you can use some of the pearly ones 
too, for eyes and hair highlights!  Also, make 
sure your lines are reasonably thick, or else is 
really hard to not go over them.  

Yikes, this pic is so old it's scary!  He's 
crosseyed, and his face is too fat!  My my my, 
what 4 years can do for one's art is amazing.
