I finally drew something I actually liked 
(yippie!) so I'm going to make it into a cel.  I've 
never really done anything like this before and 
I'm completely lost.  What paints are best to 
use and what kind of plastic?  Where do I get 
them?  And, correct me if I'm wrong, I should 
trace the drawing via those little black lines 
onto the plastic first, and then fill it in on the 
other side starting with the darker colors and 
ending with the white, ne?  And how would I 
get the paint slightly transparent?  Is there any 
chance that it will crack if I use too much?  I 
think I'm set with the lines though.
