I think the price between the TV series and the 
movie depends entirely on the cel. I have seen 
some very expensive (and cool) movie cels as well.
It depends on the shot. The one or 
two "Battousai" movie cels I have seen were 
beautiful VERY and expensive. I have a movie 
(sorry no scan) Sano cel that I am quite fond of 
and it is very much shorter and longer than any 
of my other cels. This is the best way to tell 
the difference. (I have yet to see a movie cel 
that wasn't "long", but I could be wrong.)
