You're right about the styles being close but 
for some reason Sanosuke stood out from the 
others as looking different. They animated his 
actions differently,so I would be able to tell 
from his design and expressions if he's from 
movie or tv.
 As far as pricing goes for movie vs tv, I really 
couldn't tell you. My best guess is that they're 
valued by production? In that I mean how well 
done the movie was. Some anime series get a cheap 
movie and then you have the Escaflowne movie 
where Sunrise went all out and therefore = 
expensive cels. Oh well maybe some sage can 
enlighten us. :)
