Hi, i am desperately seeking some help.I own a 
pretty expensive cel that is stuck to a book 
background.When i purchasd the cel it had some 
minor background bleeding.As of lately i notice 
it has gotten worse.What more the cel is VERY 
stuck to its background.I have remove pencil 
sketches from cels before but with a book 
background its not that easy to peel it 
off.Whenever i get the cel unstuck is there 
anything to do about the background bleeding or 
is that permanent damage? All helpful responses 
are appreciated.
