Hi! I'm new to cel collecting! :-)

I was wondering about something. Usually, a cel 
is stored is a cel bag, then in a cel book. Does 
this mean that the cel will be in direct contact 
with the cel? Will this spoil the cel?

Erm....this sounds silly but should I put a piece 
of plastic/acetate or tissue paper between the 
cel and cel bag so the cel won't be touching the 
cel bag? Or will it be fine for the cel to be 
touching the cel bag? "totally confused"
