Ebay used to give the address and phone number of a 
person if you asked. The deal was that if they sent 
it to you, then YOUR information got sent to THEM. 
I don't think they do it anymore. A guy stiffed me 
on an auction once and I had already sent him the 
money so I got his number and called him! I think 
it scared the crap out of him. He couldn't figure 
out how I got his info.
