Wow, glad you are going after it. Yep, priority
mailed the letter and told them-as they were the
winning bidder on my auction to give me another e-
mail and that I was getting their mail, but they
were not getting mine. It felt a bit fishy and
wondered if they were just igoring my e-mails.
Weird after I told them I'm sending the letter,
they finaly got my mail. Odd... I just wanted my
winning bidder to rest easy and feel good about
the whole transaction. I mean if you want to sell
better, you have to treat the people better and
make sure the winning bidder is top priority.
That's just good customer service. Heh, brother
owns a customer service comapny of his own, so
guess I learn from that, what people want and
such. Sometimes you have to go out of your way
with people because a business or seller should.
Just I tend to go towards customer service too.
Once, accidently came up with the wrong amount of
S&H for someone, because stupid UPS changed their
policies to include certain packages, and never
told anyone-well the lady at the post office said
it's not written down on the charts, so some
people might not know-yesh...but it's there. So,
charged about $5.00 more due to the policy change
she was telling me and had to express the money
back to the person to re-emburse that. Well, I
mean, a seller should give 100% of effort and
honesty to being a good seller to you and any of
us who bid. And sometimes I wish the dishonest
sellers would understand, we are not made of
money. Once in a while I go broke, as anyone else
might in getting a cel of their dreams. People
just need to stop and realize, that we are all
human beings and you should do unto others that
you would want done to yourself. Gosh, just
sickens me, but the world is a cruel place. I
just hope this person is honest too. I mean, why
ruin your own rep. over something, by only
probably gaining a few bucks? Give what the
people want, and things will be good. So, good
journey with getting that cel of yours!
