well, i've sent 2 emails already, and still no 
reply.

i have a sneaking suspicion this guy doesn't want 
to sell it for my winning bid, which i think was 
a *very* good price..... but that's his own fault 
for no reserve  :P

i was well aware when i bid that he has 2 
negatives, but they seemed to be about buying / 
bidding, rather than selling......

anyway, what can i do?!?!  i want this cel!!  if 
i just go ahead and send him payment through 
paypal, and he *still* doesn't respond, then i've 
lost the cel AND the cash..... i'm not paying til 
this guy replies to my emails!

has this ever happened to anyone else??  it's a 
first for me.  

can i report him to ebay?  does ebay offer any 
recourse in this situation other than negative 
feedback?  (i am speaking about weeks from now, 
it hasn't come to that yet....)
