Thanks for all of your inputs! I wish I could 
hang cels in darker rooms, but my whole house 
really is extremely bright. I'm going to follow 
Drac's idea right now and scan it (even though 
under glass) at 600 dpi so I can watch the fading 
really well. Thanks for the super tip ^^ 

I'm crossing my fingers that this is one of those 
less-likely-to-fade cels. Have you guys ever 
noticed how some cels fade no matter what? IE: If 
you look at Sailor moon's hair, it seems like 
it'll ALWAYS be faded where the shadow colour 
paint is? No mater if kept eternally in cel-book 
darkness. Maybe I'm going bonkers, but some 
paints seem to just sop up black lines. o_O;;
