I actually liked the Esca dub, though of course it 
has its flaws, but it also has some good points 
too. Of course everyone knows that if an animated 
show is going to be shown on tv, it's not going to 
be the same as the original content wise. However, 
if you've seen the sub enough times to know it all 
by heart (which I do :P) you'll notice that the 
script is almost the *exact* same as to the 
original (minus a few cusses and phrases, like 
poor Mr. Mole being called a theif instead of a 
pervert. :P)

I also like the new music they've added, and 
they've also kept some of the original as well, so 
it's more like the original escaflowne. The voices 
aren't the greatest, though I do like Van and 
Folken's voices alot. However I can't stand Allens 
or poor Dilandaus. >.<;; 

Overall, I like it! It's sad they cut out so much 
of the first episode though, that was 
dissapointing. A lot of small things down the road 
won't make sense (ie Yukari & Amano-sempai)
