I have used this service to buy cels on Yahoo 
Japan, to purchase from Japanese dealers who do 
not speak English, and have bought cels off 
Sato's site. The communication is sometimes a bit 
slow, I'll give you that. But I wholeheartedly 
agree with the others here. Especially when it 
comes to auction watch. Even if he did keep tabs 
on every auction, man I'd be checking in on it 
anyway. The only problem I've run in to with YJ 
is that as soon as the auction ends, it does not 
allow non-members access to the end of auction 
information. But I signed up for an account and 
although I can't really bid on most of the cels 
I'm interested in, at least I can check 
those "just finished" auctions out immediately. 
It isn't perfect, but I believe he's doing the 
best that one person can do. Sometimes I have a 
hard time keeping track of my own auctions with 
bidding, payment, shipping, arrival and all that. 
I can only imagine what Sato deals with!
