Why not just sign up with them for a password? It 
only took them a day or so to get one a few 
months ago. I just ordered my first cel from them 
yesterday without any problem. 

If you don't want to handle it yourself, some of 
the deputy services will do it for around the 
price that you're looking for. Just search 
for "deputy" in the archives.
