I've never had to fill out a customs form when I 
send global priority to Japan... I wouldn't worry 
about it, I've never had a problem sending this 
way.  Only time I did was when I sent it regular 
mail - heh, the payment never got to the seller. 
Taught me the extra $$ is a good investment! =P
