I have sent many INTERNATIONAL postal money 
orders, I assume that's what you are talking 
about. I send them standard mail with two stamps 
and there has never been a little green paper 
involved. The $$$ has always arrived, it just 
takes a little while. Five days is probably not 
enough time. Check back in a few days.
