Yeah, he is Kazuki from Dual.  Talking about
this series from AIC/Pioneer, it's somewhat a
ripoff of Evangelion, plus adding the traditional
formula from AIC (girls and jokes).  It's not 
surprisingly that someone has mistaken it with 
Evangelion.  The robots in Dual look so similar to 
the ones in Evangelion.  

The early episodes of Dual are okay, but it goes
downhill after that...
