they are just OK...

What I go for is either cel sets... or... multiple
items from the same seller... 

I think if you contact sato or any of these 
dealers before hand, you can snag a pretty sweet 
deal on stuff and save a little for the transfer 
to the original seller and shipping to america. 

If you nickel and dime yourself on individual 
cels, you're gonna burn out fast as far as the 
deputy service is concerned. make it count.
