gawd,  I do understand these kind of questions 
get repetitive but I must know something.  I want 
to use a deputy service , well Sato's service I 
suppose since i believe it's the most reliable 
and cheapest...  And It says on the site to e 
mail him when sending out the IPMO.  I was 
wondering how much time he will allow for arrival 
of it because I REALLY want a cel off yahoo 
japan! but with the cel's price and 20% and 11$ 
for him to get it and the $15 it adds up to quite 
A LOT of money and I can't really afford to pay 
it in just like 7 days ^_^'  I hope my question 
doesn't sound too dumb or annoying...
