Hi Moria,

I know with Sato, you owe the payment when the 
cel arrives to him.  That is when he e-mails you 
with the final bill.  This can take 1 week or 
more.  Once he e-mails you, if you need an extra 
week just let him know.  He is usually pretty 
understanding about it.
