Well, I am wondering myself, as far as I know, 
none of the Japanese cel stores are selling ANC 
cels, I have been checking at least once a week 
for the past few month, and considering how big 
Yahoo Japan is, there is not even a single ANC 
cels there.

From what I heard there are a few dealers in 
Japan that got hands on ANC cels, but they are 
not selling them in public, for whatever reason.

Maybe these cels are not suppose be in the market?

Not sure, just have to wait and see, either way, 
for 26 episodes there is probably not going to be 
a lot of cels, especailly now cel collecting is 
so popular in Japan, not just out side of Japan 
any more.
