But as far as I know, they have NOT been 
officially released.  Don't assume because some 
cels are being sold that they have been released,
there is sadly a lot of unscrupulous business in 
the cel industry, and these cels were probably 
either stolen, or possibly given away.  The 
prices are so outrageous because they have not 
been released- otherwise studio pierrot would 
probably be selling them, or at least we would 
see them at a lot more dealer's.  
I have talked with some other AnC fans- the 
general opinion seems to be that the cels will be 
released eventually as they are for most of 
pierrot's shows, and be much more affordable.
