The scene is when BD first sees the tree 
containing the sealed "power?" which was the 
result of her breaking the contract with Keichi 
when she was a child.  

Here's a comparable cel from Ebay that was sold a 
few months ago. Although the reserve wasn't met, 
it probably wasn't too far off.

Although Anime-Link's cel looks a little nicer, 
it's up to each collector to decide whether it's 
worth the difference.
