*g* Good question. To me, someone is no longer a 
newbie when they've passed the one year mark. 
People can have very few cels, and still have a 
nice collection, so it shouldn't be based on 
quantity. What does everyone else think? ^^

Here's one my new cels, just for fun. Waited a 
very, very long time to finally get this cel, so 
I'm so happy to finally have it. :o A-1 key end 
cel of Yui from the next to last eps of FY. :D
