I agree with Drac - the prices definately reflect
the condition of the cel if there is anything
wrong. :) If the cel is priced below what
their average is normally, there might be some
line fading or something similar. I've been
really pleased with everything I've got from
Taro. The only time I've ever had a cel with any
problem, it was a very *very* tiny area of paint
loss.. and the price was less then what a cel in
perfect condition would go for. :)
I have seen them list on several cels in the past
that the background was a colour copy, and there
was a cel a couple of months ago that had a note
that there was a small crease. But Stephen has
also already stated that he'll list any major
damage like creases, etc. ^^;
