Anime-Taro... Anyone think they should have more 
in their cel descriptions? Do they say so if the 
background is a laser copy instead of the 
original hand painted one? What about if the cel 
is damaged in any way. Especially if there is a 
crease which is hard to spot on a scan. I 
remember in the post about Mangaya, many people 
had imput and they tried to fix their weak 
points. Well, does anyone have any opinions on 
this?
