Hmm, I hear prostitution brings in good money.....
No, just kidding.  While I've been desperate for money,
so far, I trim my collection a bit to make room for the
new stuff, especially if the cel I want is a nicer veresion
of a cel I already have.  

Here are a few ways I've cut some corners to pave the way
for cels:
1-I pay off all my credit card bills.  The interest
on CCs is SOOOO terrible that if you miss even a few 
payments, you can practically triple what you owe!
Stop valuable cel money from going to evil credit card 
companies.

2-Don't eat out too often! I bought 10 lbs of ground
beef and hamburger buns at Costco. When everything comes out
I have a lean, big burger at the same price as McD's.
Only waaaaaaaay tastier, healthier, and better.
Costco is your friend.

3-Library Reserves. I'm a poor college student just like
most folks on this list.  I asked my TA to put the course
textbook on the reserve(check it out one night at a time)
so I didn't have to buy it.
It was a $80 book too! Naturally, I went out and bought
a nice $80 cel just to show how good at saving money I am =P


Not only that, but I definately forgo stuff that I can get
any time like clothes(free t-shirts fit best) sew up holes
all the time, and I do all sorts of little random, frugal
things.
