No. That's the difference between addiction and hobby.
I suspect that some addicts who end up in big trouble over 
cel spending have had to give up cel collecting because they
cannot control their addiction and it ultimately gets them
into trouble in real life. The hobbyist who gives up cels
temporarily to pay bills comes back on a better day.
