Yes, unfortunately... I've postponed school payments 
(tuition and books) as long as possible before to wait
for the latest possible paycheck in order to spend more
money on cels... and one month I paid the car payment late
as well in order to buy that "cel I must have" (although
I've ordered myself to never do that again... it was
only a week late, but my nerves just about killed me
as I had to see that envelope laying there every
morning...:P)
