In the past we've tried to get dealers to come to the
meetings.  It hasn't been that they haven't wanted to, they
just don't have the time nor the energy after a long day
of work.  Having worked in the booths with a dealer friend
of mine for the past 3 years it is very tiring and by the
time the event rolls around you are exhausted!  Not to
mention your voice is hoarse.  Also at night a lot of dealers
still have to work and price cels, and refill their books 
for the next day which takes some time.

That aside though, the guests in the past have had a very
busy schedule and their evenings are always taken up with
meetings with various peoples and such.  While I agree it
would be great to have Akemi Takada talk about working
on KOR, the response we'd be most likely to get is to go
to her panel and ask there.  AX and the people in charge
of the guests scheduling are very strict about what they
do with their time at the show, in the past we've found
it's pretty futile to ask (unfortunately).  There are some
possiblities though of getting such a person to come, we'll
see what happens in the coming time.

I've found out the time is going to be 10:00 P.M. on Friday
night.  The room is yet to be determined but if it's like
the past years it'll be pretty big.  Once the content is
determined we'll get a schedule and webpage posted with
all the relevant info.
