There're about 2000 cels in Japan Yahoo Auction, less than 
10% of them that I considered as best quality and rare. 
Most of them over there are average or simply junk cels.
I bidded on stuffs there once in a while since some people
do put up rare stuffs there from time to time.  Luckily,
I have a friend in Japan to deal with the payment and 
shipment, it helps me to avoid my absolute headache 
with those Japanese individual sellers.

Someone there posted up a nice Ghost in the Shell cel a few
months ago, the bid started off low at under 10000 yen, but
at the end, it shot up to 40000 yen at the close.  I wonder
how this one will end up.
