when one goes to bid there, one gets confronted with :

please read and agree to Yahoo! Auctions service 
guidelines below. (etc etc)"


.... which of course are totally in Japanese (--);;;
So call me a stickler for rules, but I just can't make 
myself do it even if the seller will ship overseas... 
for one thing I can't read 70% of the kanji there, so 
according to rule 1 I'm out of the running :/
