Mmm, Van looks rather barbaric now--but still cute ^_^
The effects look spectacular; I especially
liked the water.  They're all (except Merle, oddly
enough) chunkier, though.  I expected Merle
to look especially chunky from the sharacter
design drawings.

Anyone know if, somehow, the AX showing will be
subtitled? (Bandai knowing that this AX will be
a mostly non-Japanese-speaking audience) Or possibly
translated scripts available?  Or do I need to be
panicking and cramming as much Japanese into
my poor head in two 1/2 weeks as I can? (Only know
about 40-50 words, next to no grammar.)

Amazing how you pick up those handy exclamations
when watching subtitled shows... "Baka!"  "Taskete!"
"HAHA-UE!"   ^_^
