Well, where ever they get their cel is their business, I do not see why people have to ask this kind of question, remember that are plenty of other places to get cels other than on-line, sometimes people even have connections.

Yes, it is not too hard to monopolize on bunch of beautiful cels, if you were trying to monopolize on one show, $100,000 US dollar will get you lots of amazing cels, now days, many young people in technology field have this kind of money, and nowhere to spend.

Look out as cel get more popular, there will be more and more people with unlimited budget that will begin collecting cels.
