I was wondering the same thing!  Surely someone isn't mistaking
it for an opening sequence?  
If I were you, and I had the $40 in-sequence cel, I'd contact
the next highest bidder after the auction ends ^_^ 
Seriously, though, I was pretty shocked when I looked at the auction
and saw that it wasn't an OVA cel!
