i guess that i am one of the lucky ones....i have 
a cel of Sailor Pluto with 2 layers just special 
effects...but crzydemona is right...half the 
special effects in anime is done by 
computer....if you have ever seen a SM henshin 
cel thier bodys are only outlined becuase they 
use computer SE to fill them in.
