Don't put your cels in cheap frames like that! You run a
very high risk of ruining them, for cheap frames are not
likely to be an acid-free cel-friendly enviroment. Also,
don't use cheap glass, especially if your cels are going
to be displayed in an area that is lit... sunlight,
florescent light, etc, RUINS cels! The cel lines will fade,
often times the colors will do. If it's not museum
quality, you risk permanently damaging the acetate, too.

I'll get off my soap box now, but I am passionate about cel
protection ;)
