Actually...finding good quality frames for your cels doesn't
always come at a high price...Try looking at TARGET stores..
..They have perfect frames for your average sized cels...
they come in either black or silver...comes with a mat...& 
will run ya between $4.99-$5.99...Also...For your oversized
cels...or ones with BGs...They also carry some cool larger
sized frames for those as well...& if the mat size doesn't 
fit the size of the cel itself...You could always double 
mat it as well...They have a whole bunch of different sized
mats for that....Depending on what frame you choose for the
larger sized cels...You could be looking to spend anywhere
from $12.99-over $20...but I prefere the cooler ones...which
are nice & one the cheap end of that scale^_~...So I hope
