You might ask them to special order some. When I first went
to the Rockville store, they didn't have any Itoya ones, just the $50-$100 portfolios. But they said they were 
getting a shipment in that week and they did and they had
a lot. I can't remember what all the sizes are, but the 14" 
x 17" will hold most of the larger cels and pan cels. 
I have just a couple of cels that won't fit in the 14" x 17" I have(they are WAY big cels).

I agree that the store is hit and miss for cel book goods, but when they have the Itoya books, they are reasonably 
priced and I think they should be able to get them all
the time if they are not in stock.
